How do I install it?

!!!ATTENTION WINDOWS ME, WINDOWS 2000 AND WINDOWS XP USERS!!!
Apparently, there is a problem with replacing system files using a setup program. If, during the setup of this program, you are prompted to replace system files, please decline. You must upgrade your operating system to the latest service pack. This can be done at:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Sadly, at this time, there is nothing I can do about this. Thank you, Microsoft.

Windows 95/98/NT users shouldn't have this problem and can safely answer "Yes" to replace system files, if prompted.
!!!ATTENTION WINDOWS ME, WINDOWS 2000 AND WINDOWS XP USERS!!!

If you are a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 user, make sure you are logged in with Administrator privileges. Once you've downloaded it, run FCTRSETUP.EXE. Internet Explorer users can "Run from this location".
